When a new task is assigned in Microsoft Planner, this automation instantly prepares the assignee for success. The flow uses AI to generate a practical “context pack” that includes a clear problem statement, a checklist to complete the task, possible dependencies, and questions to clarify requirements. The context pack is automatically posted in Microsoft Teams so the assignee has immediate guidance. A personal Microsoft To Do task is also created to prompt the first action, and the task is logged in a SharePoint list as part of a lightweight project ledger. This helps teams start work faster, reduce confusion, and maintain visibility across tasks and decisions without manual coordination.
