The flow monitors your “Meetings” database in Notion for any changes. When a new meeting is scheduled, it automatically generates a Google Calendar event, invites the contact via email, and writes the unique Calendar Event ID back into Notion. If the meeting time is adjusted or the title is renamed in Notion, the flow uses that stored ID to find and update the exact calendar entry instantly. Furthermore, it handles cancellations; if a record’s status is changed to “Canceled,” the flow removes the event from your calendar entirely to keep your schedule clean. This ensures that your calendar remains the “single source of truth” for your time without you ever leaving your Notion workspace.
