This flow lets you turn Telegram voice notes directly into Trello tasks through automation. When a user sends an audio message to a Telegram bot, the flow downloads and transcribes it using OpenAI Whisper, extracts structured details (task name and description) with AI, and creates a new task on Trello automatically. This saves time for users who prefer speaking over typing and works great for quick idea capture, project updates, or on-the-go task logging. Each run consumes approximately 0.001$ OpenAI credits and 2 tokens from AI Credits Activepieces per run. The automation extracts and organizes the following fields: – Task Name (from spoken keywords or main topic) – Task Description (detailed context of the recording) – Date (automatically timestamped from the recording date)
