This automation is triggered whenever a new Lead is created in Salesforce. The flow retrieves the complete lead record to ensure accurate data before generating any outreach content. An AI step creates a concise professional summary of the lead for internal sales review. The summary highlights the leadβs role, company, location, qualification status, and key context. This ensures the sales team has a clear understanding before outreach begins. The AI-generated draft is then sent to Slack for approval. A team member can approve or reject the message directly from Slack. If approved, the email is automatically sent via Gmail to the lead. If rejected, the email is saved as a draft for manual editing. This guarantees human oversight while maintaining automation efficiency.
